With over 11 years of experience in frontline mental health services, I bring a unique, professional understanding of human behaviour and emotional healing to my work. I’ve also received training in:

• Medical Herbalism & Detox

• Core Shamanism

Through this diverse experience, both professional and spiritual, I’ve developed a system of practices that have not only transformed my own life but also the lives of countless others.
